Nike Air Max 1 G - Snakeskin
An underrated shoe, that largely marked the beginning of the sneaker onto course movement. Original models featured the normal sized swoosh compared to the mini swoosh that are seen in the recent Air Max 1 options. It is a great looking shoe wearable by all.
Footjoy Icon - White
An all-time classic, this shoe will always be a great choice, and its selection of materials really set it apart from the other baroque style shoes in the category. Sneaker-type golf spikes have been on the rise for years, opening up more room to express yourself with a timeless staple.
Jordan III Golf - White
Another great one, Jordan Brand has done a great job in recent seasons adapting their signature models into on course options for the growing number of golfers who have large sneaker collections in their closets. None better than the White Cement 3. This trend has reached pop culture, undeniable in its relevancy.
Nike Air Zoom TW 2009 - Maroon
A favorite of the Tiger Woods line, we could not go through a golf shoe list without mentioning. Truthfully, the entire TW line has been tremendous. But the TW 2009 stands out due to its unique maroon offering. This shoe is a favorite, might we see retro spikes emerge in the coming years?
Nike Lunarforce 1 G - Mud
The outdoor tones and lunarlon sole make this a really strong option. Uptowns on the course are a forever vibe. This shoe was majorly slept on, finding its way into the clearance bin a few seasons back, which is the strongest indication that it was a before its time slapper!
Nike Air Max 97 G - Silverbullet
One of the best designs in Air Max history made its way to the course. The design stays true to the original running shoe, resulting in the best crossover we have seen. The Silverbullet colorway is just too good.
Adidas Golf 2.0 Palace - Black
Very recent addition, Palace has created partnerships with Adidas in recent years - providing juice to their country club lines. Of the golf apparel, footwear and accessories the all black spike was the clear standout. All Black options struggle to translate to on course looks, this spike was an exception.
Footjoy Contour Series - Brown
The highest wire move of the group, the Merrell esque model put out by Footjoy offers major comfort with tough to match slip-on potential. We love this shoe because it is iconic and rarely seen on teeboxes.
Asics Gel Pro Ace X - White
Very technical option from Asics, the Gel Ace Pro X features a BOA style lacing and gel midsole. The silent branding across the forefoot really strengthens the overall look, white upper paired with a black midsole! Mama Mia!
Under Armour Spieth 1 - White
The Spieth 1 is a great all white golf shoe that balances old and new styles. The performance elements are there, as well as clean lines creating a balanced overall look. This shoe was well received when it was released a few years ago and has crept under the radar in the years that have followed.
