Shipping policy

Processing
Every order ships from our studio in New York City. Orders placed Monday through Saturday typically ship within one business day. We don't ship on Sundays or major holidays.

United States
Orders ship via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected service. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days of shipment.

International
We ship worldwide via UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient; these may be collected by UPS at delivery. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. If you notice an error after ordering, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, see our Refund Policy or email us and we'll make it right.
